We believe that society desperately needs a new way of thinking within the heart of all organisations and to guide us all as individuals. As a collaboration of individuals interested in improving our society, from hospitals to small businesses, and from government to charities, we share an understanding of the great potential that better management practices bring to all forms and sizes of organisations. Some of our members are change agents ‘on the inside’ of corporations; some are external advisers and others are researchers: all of us are dedicated to transforming organisations to make them more sustainable, to improve their effectiveness and the lives of all who depend upon them.
